DJ Consultation - From the moment we set up your initial consultation our personalized service begins and continues. Here, we'll discuss your wedding plans as they currently stand, along with some of the plans, ideas, and music selections that will be incorporated into your reception. We prefer to handle this consultation in person so that you the bride and groom can get a look first hand at who we are and what we professionalize in. However, for your convenience, this meeting can also be conducted over the phone.

Coordinating & Production - In the weeks and months between your first and finalizing consultations, we are available to you for answers and advice as your plans develop and change. We'll keep in touch to gather updated information, and we'll work with the other members of your wedding team (event coordinators, wedding planners, venue managers, caterers, photographers, etc) to assist you in any way we can. This leads to our next stage of coordination.

Finalizing Coordinating & Production – At this we will finalize all the ceremony and/or reception details, from the itinerary, timelines and music selections, to the correct pronunciations of the names of your wedding party. (We want those introductions to be right!) Your event materials are then produced and printed out by our Admin team and passed along to you to make sure we have everything perfect.

With all our planning and preparation on your wedding day, we are well prepared to successfully orchestrate the plans you've worked so hard on. We promise to make your wedding a day to remember forever.

Wedding Up Lighting –Add elegant and eye pleasing up lighting to your wedding event. Up Lighting reflects off the walls and ceilings, it can be spotted / aimed onto a specific area to create a beautiful and stimulating feel, making your event room look AMAZING! We can even place them outdoors, up light trees, bushes, shrubbery, patios, pillars and other props, just about anywhere we need to add some color to create that look you’ll remember forever.

Why Use Up Lighting? 

Lighting is one of the elements, along with scent, temperature and touch; that can subliminally influence the atmosphere of your event. We use can LED or Par can lighting to incorporate your vision and style, with our creativity, to suit the look and feel you want to create. As well as being highly versatile, lighting is one of the most cost-effective ways of making your event exceptional. Lighting acts as a form of decoration. Par Can Up Lighting VS LED Up Lighting

Par Can Lighting

• Par Can Up lighting is included in all of our wedding packages
• Par Cans use a 300 watt lamp
• You choose the color or colors
• We match the color or colors as close as possible
• We then use our creative style and theatrical lighting background to up light your venue
• Up to 20 Par Can Lighting Fixtures
• The colors remain fixed though out the event. (meaning the colors cannot change)

LED Lighting

• LED Lighting are an additional feature and can be added on to any package
• You still choose the color but as an incentive these lights can change colors throughout the event
• Ballroom color changing effect
• Start with one color at the start of dinner and transition into another color once dinner concludes
• LED Lights can change colors, chase and create a lighting show during the dancing portion of the reception
• LED Lights are energy efficient and may use up to 10watts per fixture
• Up to 20 LED lighting fixtures available

Accent / Up Lighting – With every package Fantastic Five Entertainment provides up lighting of your desired colors or matching your theme colors. Background lighting creates a beautiful ambiance by accenting indoor fixtures such as curtains, walls, ceilings, floral arrangements, and so on. Outdoor door lighting can include entry ways, patio ways, pillars, and any trees or shrubbery.

Personal Monograms

Custom Wedding or Event Gobos  - Event & Decor Lighting. We let you pick your custom Wedding or Event Gobo for your special day. We can also custom design your monogram with names, dates, or anything or special significance. The template or pattern is cut into a circular plate used to create patterns of projected light. A Lekko 750 lighting fixture is used to project this image onto a wall, floor, or ceiling. We can incorporate Gobo rotators to have the image spin slowly creating a variety of effects. The image size is dependent on the distance from the lighting fixture to the wall but typically 6 feet in diameter.

Fantastic Five Entertainment can incorporate custom gobos into laser etched glass or steal gobos and place into our American DJ Accu Spot 250 Moving Head Fixtures. These custom gobo’s will then have the ability to be incorporated into our lighting show and be able to dance around the room, change colors, and rotate.

Please give two to three week lead time to get Gobo cut to your needs. We take care of all the ordering and designs with your approval if needed.

Picture Montage & Creation

Allow Fantastic Five Entertainment to create a picture slideshow and share with your guests the pictures and memories of yourselves and your engagement. We can incorporate up to 250 photographs, video clips, graphics and music to make your montage one of a kind. Whether you have the photos developed, on a CD or memory drive, we can upload or scan the photos in to our system. We can assist with different themes, ideas, and incorporate your style into the development of the slideshow. We have the capability to even record a personalized message to play back during the slideshow. We will invite you in to our recording studio and capture those specials words and schedule it to play just at the right time during the picture montage. Some ideas of photos you might want to share would be baby photos, family gatherings, vacations, pictures of your teenage years, college years, engagement photos and of course photos of you and your fiancée.
